All products sold by Resell Empire are digital products. Nothing is physically shipped.

Digital delivery

Your digital download is made available immediately after payment is confirmed, typically within seconds. A download link is shown on the order confirmation page and is also emailed to the address entered at checkout.

Delivery costs

Digital delivery is free. There are no shipping, handling, customs, or duty charges on any order.

Worldwide availability

Digital products are delivered electronically worldwide. There are no regional shipping restrictions or transit times. Access may still depend on local internet availability and any platform requirements that apply where you live.

What you need

• A free Canva account is required for products supplied as Canva templates.
• A standard PDF reader is required for products supplied as PDF files.
• A compatible device and internet connection are required to open the download link and save the files.

If your download does not arrive

Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders and confirm that the email address used at checkout is correct. If you still cannot find the download, email ceo@resellempire.co with your order number and we will re-send the access details.

Returns and refunds

Nothing is physically shipped, so there is nothing to return. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.
