At Resell Empire, every product we sell is a digital product — instantly downloadable templates, files, and licenses. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Why all sales are final

The moment your order is complete, you receive immediate access to the product files and, where applicable, the resell or private-label license that comes with them. Once that access has been delivered, the product cannot be “returned” — the files and rights are already in your hands. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase is made.

Your acknowledgement at checkout

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are buying a digital product with immediate delivery.
  • You expressly request access to the product right away and understand that, by doing so, you waive any statutory “cooling-off” or withdrawal period that might otherwise apply to digital content.
  • All sales are final and no refund, return, or exchange will be issued, except where required by applicable law.

We want you to purchase with confidence. Each product page includes a full description, preview images, and details of exactly what is included and which license applies. Please review these carefully, and check our License Terms so you know your rights before completing your order. If anything is unclear, contact us before purchasing and we’ll be glad to help.

Problems with your order

While we don’t offer refunds, we do stand behind our products. If you experience any of the following, contact us within [7] days of purchase and we will make it right — typically by re-sending your files or providing a corrected version:

  • You did not receive your download link or access details.
  • Your download link is broken or the files won’t open.
  • You received the wrong product.

These issues are resolved through replacement or re-delivery, not a refund.

Duplicate or accidental charges

If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error, contact us with your order number and we will verify and reverse any genuine duplicate charge.

Chargebacks

Because our products are delivered instantly and include resell or license rights that cannot be returned, we treat unwarranted chargebacks as fraud. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first — we’re here to help and will always try to find a fair resolution.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country that cannot be waived. Where such mandatory rights apply, they remain unaffected.
