Every Resell Empire product ships with one of two licenses. Both let you edit, rebrand, sell, and keep 100% of the profit — the difference is whether your buyers can resell it too.
Private Label Rights — make it yours
Buy once, then edit, rebrand, and sell it under your own brand — or sell it as-is. You keep 100% of every order.

- ✓Sell it as-is, or customized (we recommend making it yours so it stands out)
- ✓Set your own price and sell unlimited copies — keep 100% of the profit
- ✓Use it for client work and your own marketing

- ✗Pass resell or PLR rights on to your buyers — they get personal and commercial use only
- ✗Claim copyright of the original files
- ✗Give it away in bulk for free

Master Resell Rights — sell the rights too
Everything PLR offers — edit, rebrand, or sell as-is — plus your buyers get resell rights too. A built-in selling point that makes it move.

Pricing rules
Templates and video templates: $20 minimum resale price. We recommend pricing between $20–$40. Selling too cheap doesn't just cut your profit — it makes the product feel low-value to your customers and hurts every reseller in the market.
Planners and e-books: no minimum. Price them however you like.
